openmatrix operates as a café and bistro with specific opening hours. Our services are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 18:00. Reservations and Bookings

Table reservations, when available, are subject to availability and confirmation by openmatrix staff. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations due to operational requirements. Customers are expected to arrive punctually for their reservations, and tables may be released if guests are significantly late without prior notice.
